Privacy.
This page explains the basic handling of information on the Contreras & Associates website. The site is a static information website, and its enquiry form prepares a message in your own email application.
Information you choose to send
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include, such as your name, contact details and enquiry. We use that information to understand and respond to your request, communicate with you about possible services and maintain relevant business correspondence.
Enquiry form
The homepage enquiry form runs in your browser. Pressing “Prepare email to Eric” opens an email draft for you to review and send. The website does not transmit or store the text of that form on a server. Your email provider's own privacy terms apply if you send the message.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not deliberately set tracking cookies or load third-party analytics, advertising pixels or external fonts. Your hosting provider may maintain ordinary server logs for security and operation. Those logs are separate from this website's code.
Recruitment research data
Client and candidate information handled as part of a research engagement is distinct from use of this website. The applicable data-handling arrangements, purposes and retention periods should be agreed and documented for each service and relevant jurisdiction.
